Nicole Zell (Owner / Agent) has been a travel agent for over 13 years and the owner of Swan Valley Travel since early 2007. She completed the Travel Counsellor program at Robertson College in Winnipeg in 1999 and has worked at Sears Travel for 9 years prior to this. She takes care of our local clients and is eager to help our outside agents for any travel related problems.

Brian Zell (Support Specialist) looks after the agent accounting system, website development and marketing initiatives. He spent many years working in Winnipeg at a global manufacturing company in the production and engineering departments before moving to Swan River, MB in 2006.

Bonnie Hunt (Sales Support) has been with us since July 2010 and has been a most welcome addition to our team. She assists our outside agents and retail clients in all matters of travel and systems support.

Tiffany Olson (Outside Agent) has been a vacation specialist since 1998, after completing the Travel Counsellor program at Robertson College. She had worked in Winnipeg for 6 years before moving back to her hometown of Arborg. Over the last 10 years, Tiffany has travelled to: Europe on a Trafalgar coach tour, visiting England, France, Italy, Austria, Germany, Holland Disneyland (for the opening of the California Adventure Park), Alaska (inaugural sailing of Celebrity Cruises' "Infinity"), Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, Canada from Victoria to Niagara Falls, and Las Vegas.
